Papra's family has been involved with the cultivation of vineyards and the distilling of tsipouro from the post war era.

Alexander Papra grew up in this family enviornment and learned from a young age the art of distillation and continues this tradition today.

2006 "Tsipouro Tirnavou Papra" was founded, a modern bottling and distilling company to produce this traditional alchoholic drink.

The distillery is located at 1st klm Tirnavos - Larissa Rd, in the middle of its own vinyard of 8 hectars with building facilities covering 300 m2 implementing modern machinery.
